Come Monday, February 1, 2010, HUD has agreed to suspend that prohibition for a period of 12 months.

Marketing for Leads on a $100 Monthly Budget

Frankly, I’m not as convinced that the ROI is as strong for identifying cash buyers with direct mail compared to other methods, but for motivated sellers? It rocks.
